1. Commitment and Scope

Zero tolerance for CSAE and CSAM.Mimo prohibits any content or conduct that sexually exploits, abuses, grooms, or endangers a child.

For these standards, a child is anyone under 18. The standards apply to profiles, moments, comments, images, direct messages, links, reports, and every other part of Mimo.

2. Prohibited Conduct

Users must not create, request, possess, distribute, sell, link to, or promote child sexual abuse material; groom, solicit, sexualize, threaten, coerce, or sexually communicate with a child; facilitate sextortion or trafficking; share a child's personal information for abusive purposes; or help another person evade child-safety enforcement.

3. Report a Concern

Use the in-app report control on the relevant profile, moment, or message. Choose the closest reason and add a description. Optional evidence images are available for supported report types.

If you cannot use the app, email montaguearcher0923@gmail.com with the Mimo user ID, moment or message details, date, time, and a description.

Do not download, forward, screenshot, or email suspected CSAM.Preserve only non-content details. If a child is in immediate danger, contact local emergency services or law enforcement.

4. Review and Enforcement

We prioritize reports involving possible child harm. Mimo may restrict access, remove content, suspend or terminate accounts, preserve relevant records where lawful, report apparent CSAM or related conduct to appropriate authorities, and cooperate with valid legal requests.

5. Age Safeguards

Mimo is intended only for adults aged 18 and older. Registration requires a birthday and an eligibility check. We may investigate, restrict, or remove accounts that appear to belong to a minor. Adult-only eligibility does not reduce our child-safety responsibilities.

6. Child Safety Contact
