2. Technical Help

Include a short description, the steps that caused the issue, the approximate time, your Mimo user ID when relevant, device model, Android version, app version, language, and country or region. Screenshots are useful when they do not expose another person's private information.

Protect your account.Never include a password, access token, Google password, or verification code in a support message.

3. Account and Privacy Help

For sign-in, profile, privacy, or deletion requests, contact us from the email linked to the account when possible. To request account deletion outside the app, follow the account deletion instructions.

4. Safety Reports

Use the in-app report control for a profile, moment, or message and use blocking when you do not want an account to interact with you. For concerns involving a minor, read the Child Safety Standards. If anyone is in immediate danger, contact local emergency services.
